about

In “Blue Hour,” Cleopatra muses about life as she rambles around Berkeley, ultimately arriving at the city’s historic People’s Park, once a gathering spot for hippies, now a refuge for the homeless. The song somehow feels hopeful and melancholy at the same time, as it conjures the spirit of an uncertain generation.
